Came off good usable condition. I will answer the best I can. Scuffs scrapes dirt rusty spots greasy oily in areas.

It appears to have some sort of light rust looking spots. Bearing feels nice, smooth and moves freely.

Not really sure how it got rusty, so it may just be a metal discoloration. The journal and lobes to appear to have some light wear.
