I would recommend new valve guide seals since the head is off and there will nerve be an easier time to swap them out. Here is a complete cylinder head assembly with valves, cams, valve cover and related components removed from a 2007 Kawasaki KX250F.

Small end cam journals do have some fine grooves in them as shown in the pictures but the cam journals are nice and they should work just fine. All parts in good shape.

Valves are straight and pretty clean.
