Cam chain pensioner too. This head is stamped MWO indicating the 1993 1995 version and I also found a 113 which likely build date as factory FISCHE shows MWO-000 starting point. The customer decided to sell it and build a Bursa instead. Its missing the 2 outer exhaust studs.
Exhaust ports are jawboned up good, so some cleansing is due there. The thermostat housing and with bolts are included. I must have mooched one years back for something. Planned to do the full port and rehab etc.

The exception is the 96-99 seems to have an added water coolant fitting and stamped MAS. Don't assume there are extras when no. The video shows my poor mans leak down test. No obvious damages, cracks or repairs to found.
I would just razor scrape the head gasket surface then hit with a quick fine grit sanding block. If I don't say it IS included, NOT included. I did a bit of research and it looks like the 1996 1999 heads are nearly same, if not same. This is non-negotiable.
