This assembly is still completely OEM and original from the factory. This came from a healthy 2022 KX250X with 27 original hours. The cam lobes and journals only show some light cosmetic signs of use from normal operation. What you see is what get.

There are some minor scuffs and scratches on the exterior from normal use. Russia, East Asia.
