This is a nice 1980 DT100G cylinder. It correctly fits works on the 1977 thru 1980 DT100 1979 1981 MX100. My heavy vintage dirt bike parts always get boxed properly so they ship safely. The ring caught on the transfer port.
Pictured to show bore size only. There is lots of moot life left in this cylinder. Whoever bored it did not chamber the port edges after bore job. All threads are good on the studs as well intake bolt hole.
It may measure good to stay at the same bore it is now. This weighs 13 lbs boxed properly so shipping is gonna be expensive for me. Currently at .50mm over bore, which is 52.50. No missing, broken, or cracked fins.
Needs the port edges to be chambered a hone job at minimum. I ship worldwide.
