I don't know the history of these heads but they look like are in exceptional condition. Genuine 1986 Harley Sportster 883 bathtub high performance heads fits model's exhaust valves.
These are early 883 heads so they have a bathtub combustion chamber for higher compression.
No broken fins or studs. What you see in the pictures is get. I have been told that these are the heads were on 1100 model in 1986 for just year.
Nothing more, less. Heads are in excellent condition and ready for use or its even a great time to fit with new valves springs though there aren't need of replacement intake I have read forums where these been used on 1200 engines and actually increase performance efficiency of the motor.
