99 - '05 model's require the separate purchase of intake flanges P/N includes both front and rear cylinder heads for air cooled twin cams. These are brand new and have never been installed. Harley-davidson Screamin' Eagle high performance cnc ported cylinder heads.

They do not fit twin cooled model's.
