But the '88 just looks good. This cover is built real nice, not like the later ones with a lot of cast flashing. Will only ship to the lower item sold as is. Only flaw is where the cam chain rubbed when it snapped.

Should fit all XR600R this cylinder head cover came off of an '88 XR600R. Oem mn1 don't get me wrong, all years work and fit the same. But it can be smoothed out with a dreamily. If you know these bikes, this year came with all the bells and whistles.
