The valves look to be in good shape camshaft is. What you see in the photos is will get. The gasket surfaces and threaded holes are in good shape.
From what I have been able to determine this cylinder head assembly should fit Honda XL350. The cylinder head cover is in good usable condition and rocker arms are. These model's had a carburetor that points straight back and the XL350 have carburetors slants towards right side of motorcycle. The cooling fins on head are in good shape and none of them bent cracked or broken.
