I can safely assume it is bored over. Reeds look good, intake looks cylinder walls good. 1981 RM 80 Cylinder engine number RM80-202361 Used. I coated the cylinder with cooking spray to prevent rust while in storage.

Piston shows 05 on it. No bent or broken fins.
