This year had an iron liner when new. This was for a project bike that did not get finished. The 1975 1976 KX250 cylinder has electrocution plating on the aluminum with a standard bore at 70.0mm which was .5 larger than 1974. Cylinder has been bored honed.

No welds, no repairs.
